Step 1:
Cleanse your face & neck with your favorite Dr.TEMT Cleanser, followed by your favorite Dr.TEMT Toner.
Step 2:
Apply the ampoule to the face and neck. Gently pat it in until absorbed.
- Use it as an intense treatment at night for seven days. Repeat every month.
OR - Once a week at night for seven weeks.
Use immediately after opening.

After double cleansing apply Dr. TEMT Collagen Management Contour Lift Ampoule to the face and neck. Massage until absorbed, then apply a thick layer of the Dr.TEMT Collagen Management Contour Lift Mask. Leave on for approx. 20 minutes. Remove the remaining mask with lukewarm water and a soft washcloth. Apply your favorite Dr.Temt Anti Aging Advanced moisturizer.
